Architectural design and construction are the creative aspects of real estate that attracted me into the industry.

In 2003, I started as a construction development project manager.

In 2005, I did my first multi-family flip in which I purchased, remodeled, and sold the property for an excellent profit.

In 2010, I began flipping homes with my investment partners and since then, we have remodeled and flipped 23 homes.

Between 2019-2023, I build 3 new single family homes.
Over the 20 years I was in construction, I saw many inefficiencies, poor quality standards, and sub-par materials being used. This inspired me to obtain my General Contractor License & form STEEL BUILT with the mission to build durable, sustainable, & efficient homes using superbly engineered home kits.
